MoMo Festival is committed to providing an exceptional experience for all attendees. Please carefully review our refund policy before purchasing tickets.

1. No Refunds

All ticket sales for MoMo Festival are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Changes in personal plans or circumstances.
- Adverse weather conditions (rain or shine).
- Festival schedule changes.
- Event cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.

2. Event Cancellations
In the unlikely event that MoMo Festival is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. We will make every effort to reschedule the event, and tickets may be valid for the rescheduled date. Please check our official website and communications for updates.

3. Ticket Transferability
While refunds are not available, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact our customer service team at info@momofestivals.com for assistance with ticket transfers.
