A Expression of Interest (EOI) to have a stall at MoMo Festival Dallas - Fort Worth 2024

Please fill out the form below to express your interest to have a booth at MoMo Festival 2024. This form is not a booth registration form. You do not have to be a registered business to sell food at the event. We will guide you through the process of getting a one day permit from the Health Department. 

• Once we receive your EOI, we will reach out to you for further information. 

• Approval decision will be based on whether your booth is appropriate for the festival. 

• We encourage everyone (Food & Non-Food) to apply now. Please note, we will only have 15 food booths this year.

• Once approved, you will have to make the booth payment within a week to confirm your reservation, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel yours, and give it to the next vendor in our waiting-list. 

• If you prefer a better location for your booth, remember to make the payment and do the booth reservations sooner that way you will have the opportunity to select the booth space at your preferred location. Booth selections are first-come-first basis. 

• The booth price you pay includes: a 10X10 booth/tent with a table, a chair, and a tent light. The labor cost associated with the tent set-up, delivery, set-up, strike down after the event, and pick up is also included. Additionally, Generator and power outlet will be provided to our food vendors with no-additional cost. Please bring your own extension cords.
